Information for Russian participants
SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Colleagues,
During the Preliminary Registration more than 80 persons have declared their intention to take part in the Conference “DYNAMICS AND EVOLUTION OF DISC GALAXIES”. Thank you very much! Some people were not sure about their participation in the Conference. Now we ask them to make a more definite decision.
We announce the Final Registration.

For Visa Application Form we need a scan copy of your passport of good (readable) quality. For those who are not the citizens of the countries they are working in we also need a scan copy of work/residence permit. |
All changes in your filled registration form after the registration please send to a contact person.
The deadline for Final registration is April 05, 2010.
Registration fee is 150 €. Registration fee may be paid in cash at the registration desk.
The invited speakers are free of registration fee.

All details of transportation from the Moscow airport(s) to Sternberg Astronomical Institute and to Puschino “Tsargrad” hotel will be given in the next announcement.
If you plan to stay in Moscow for a day or two after the Conference, please, let us know in advance.

Accommodation at hotel “Tsargrad”
The current price for a standard 4* room including breakfast and lunch is:
- for a single person is 3250 Rubles ~ 80 €.
- for two persons is 3900 Rubles ~ 96 € (48 € per person).

Accommodation at Moscow
Accommodation in Moscow will be organized by LOC, it will be no more expensive than for the “Tsargrad hotel”.
It the case if you plan to book a room in hotel(s) independently please inform the LOC.
